You must provide us with a current, valid, accepted payment method (as such may be updated from time to time, “Payment Method”) to use our services. We will bill the applicable subscription fee to your Payment Method. You must cancel your subscription before it renews to avoid billing of the next period’s subscription fees to your Payment Method.

We may offer several subscription plans, including special promotional plans or subscriptions with differing conditions and limitations. Any materially different terms from those described in these Terms and Conditions will be disclosed at your sign-up or in other communications made available to you. Refunds

If we terminate your rights to use Lucifer Cruz Studios because of a breach of these Terms and Services, you shall not be entitled to the refund of any unused portion of subscription fees. We reserve the right (but not the obligation) to refund the purchased amount if there is a technical error; this is to be determined by us at our sole discretion.

At any time, and for any reason, we may provide a refund, discount, or other consideration to some or all of our subscribers. The amount and form of such credits, and the decision to provide them, are at our sole discretion. This may result in a change to your payment billing dates. For certain Payment Methods, your payment method’s issuer may charge you a transaction fee or other charges.

Cancellation of Lucifer Cruz Premium Subscription

You may cancel your subscription to Lucifer Cruz Premium at any time while logged into your account under the “Manage Premium Account” link found at www.LuciferCruz.com/account-settings/ or by notifying us either by electronic or conventional mail, by chat, or by telephone. You are liable for charges incurred until the date of the termination, and you will continue to have access to our service through the end of your monthly billing period. WE DO NOT PROVIDE REFUNDS OR CREDITS FOR ANY PARTIAL-MONTH SUBSCRIPTION PERIODS. You may also cancel your subscription to Lucifer Cruz Premium by contacting our Customer Support in one of the manners described or using the online cancellation form. If you cancel your subscription to Lucifer Cruz Premium, your account will automatically be downgraded to a regular account at the end of your current billing period.

Cardholder Disputes/Chargebacks

All chargebacks are thoroughly investigated and disputed and may prevent future purchases with our third-party Internet payment service providers, given the circumstances. Fraud claims may result in our third-party Internet payment service providers contacting your card issuer to protect you and prevent future fraudulent charges to your payment method.

Electronic Receipt

Content Posted by Users

As Lucifer Cruz’s account holder, you may submit Content to Lucifer Cruz and other websites linked to Lucifer Cruz, including videos, images, and user comments. You understand that Lucifer Cruz does not guarantee any confidentiality concerning any Content you submit.

You shall be solely responsible for your own Content and the consequences of posting, uploading, publishing, transmitting, or otherwise making available your Content on Lucifer Cruz. You understand and acknowledge that you are responsible for any Content you submit or contribute. By submitting content you agree to the terms of our content creator agreement. You are required to submit the content creator agreement prior to uploading any content. You have full responsibility for such Content, including its legality, reliability, accuracy, and appropriateness. We perform a review on Content submitted or contributed by users, and if we find you have violated your content creator agreement, you will be banned from our website. Any legal repercussions from your content will be you responsibility.

The above licenses granted by you in video Content you submit to Lucifer Cruz terminate within a commercially reasonable time after removing or deleting your Content from Lucifer Cruz. However, you understand and agree that Lucifer Cruz may retain, but not display, distribute, or perform, server copies of your videos that have been removed or deleted. The above licenses granted by you in user comments you submit are perpetual and irrevocable.

Lucifer Cruz does not endorse any Content submitted by any user or other licensor or any opinion, recommendation, or advice expressed therein. Lucifer Cruz expressly disclaims any and all liability in connection with Content. Lucifer Cruz does not permit copyright infringing activities and infringement of intellectual property rights on Lucifer Cruz. Lucifer Cruz will remove all Content if properly notified that such Content infringes on another’s intellectual property rights. Lucifer Cruz reserves the right to remove Content without prior notice.

All Content you submit must comply with the Content standards set out in these Terms and Conditions.

Monitoring and Enforcement; Termination

If we discover that any Content involves underage individuals, or any form of force, fraud, or coercion, we will remove the Content and submit a report to the proper law enforcement authorities.
