Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Returns

Secure App Purchases – Final Sale Policy
To maintain the highest standards of discretion, safety, and product integrity, all purchases made through our secure app are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

We encourage you to review your cart, product details, and selections carefully before completing your purchase to ensure everything is exactly as intended. If you have any questions prior to ordering, our support team is happy to assist.

General Return Eligibility:
For purchases made outside of the secure app, returns may be accepted within 30 days of purchase for items in their original, unused condition with all original packaging and tags intact.

Custom or personalized items, final sale items, and gift cards are not eligible for return.

Return Process:

  • Contact us at support@lucifercruz.com or (845) 470-0120 with your order number and reason for return
  • We will provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions
  • Ship the item using a traceable shipping method to the provided address

Refunds:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (such as a defective or incorrect item).

Restocking Fee:
A 10% restocking fee may apply unless the return is due to a product defect or shipping error.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet shipped.
To request a cancellation, contact support@lucifercruz.com.

If an order has already shipped, the cancellation request will be handled as a return in accordance with this policy.

Refund and Dispute Policy

Refunds for Issues:
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the issue.

Refunds for non-returnable items (such as gift cards) will only be provided where required by California law.
