THE PRECEDING LIMITATION OF LIABILITY SHALL APPLY TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW IN THE APPLICABLE JURISDICTION.

Assignment

Furthermore, in the event Lucifer Cruz terminates your rights to use Lucifer Cruz because of a breach of these Terms and Conditions, you shall not be entitled to the refund of any unused portion of subscription fees. If Lucifer Cruz is required to incur fees or expenses as a result of your activity, you agree to reimburse any such fees or expenses.
